Captain America

SF: Right blend of cheesy humour, action and comic book plot. Loved it do much I saw it twice. 9/10

50 Eggs: Loved some of it but thought other bits were a missed opportunity that could have been so much better. Still one of the better Marvel films. 8/10.

DonkeyB: Very Rocketeery, which is 1) not surprising, 2) not a bad thing. Trailer for the next one made me want to cry it looks so bad. 7/10

Overall - 8/10

Beginners

SF: Urgh. I wanted to like this film. I tried and there were bits I was genuinely taken with but over all I left the cinema going "huh". Whoever did the artwork for Ewan Mcgregor's Character was fantastic. 4/10

DonkeyB: Very me, quite funny and charming. 6.5/10

Horrible Bosses

SF: Mildly entertaining. Not as funny as it should of been but certainly has a few surprises that come out of nowhere as the film is soo mediocre. Unlike Donkey I thought Jennifer was rather hot in this. 5/10

50 Eggs: Made me laugh out loud which is quite unusual in the cinema. A stellar, virtuoso performance from Jennifer Aniston as the nimphomaniac dentist. 8/10

DonkeyB: Disappointing, Aniston not convincing as sex crazed, surprisingly unsexy in the lingerie too. Look out for my series of reviews Blue Donkey watches Jennifer Aniston, in which I review every Jennifer Aniston film (properly not like this one line balony). 5/10

Overall - 6/10

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2

Sequel to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1

SF: I have an issue with this, is this the second half or should it be a seperate movie? It was all End and ahhh drama. I was just a bit unsatified. Still the action was good. A case of does what it says on the tin but not my favourite HP movie. 6/10

50 Eggs: This is much more like it. Pacey, action packed - everything Part 1 wasn't. As good an ending as could reasonably be hoped for and a fitting finale to the series. 8/10

Larry Crowne

SF: Light hearted and sweet. A fairly non-offensive movie, the exact sort of thing you'd expect from Tom hanks and Julia Roberts. Mildly amusing but nothing special. 5.5/10

50Eggs: n/a

DonkeyB: Totally inoffensive nothing of a film. Hanks in his charming screen presence late career norm. Just a touch pointless. 4.5/10

Overall: 5/10
